This page will Add two fractions and show how it was done.
Example: 1/2 + 1/4 = 3/4
Notes:
To Add a Mixed Number on this page: First convert the Mixed Number to an Improper Fraction. See "Mixed Numbers" page to convert a Mixed Number to an Improper Fraction.
To Add a Whole Number (as a fraction) on this page: First Convert the Whole Number to a Fraction, by placing the Whole Number over "1" Example: 10 converts to 10/1
