Multiply Fractions
This page will Multiply two fractions and show how it was done.
Example: 3/4 * 2/3 = 1/2
Notes:
To Multiply a Mixed Number on this page: First convert the Mixed Number to an Improper Fraction. See "Mixed Numbers" page to convert a Mixed Number to an Improper Fraction.
To Multiply a Whole Number (as a fraction) on this page: First Convert the Whole Number to a Fraction, by placing the Whole Number over "1" Example: 10 converts to 10/1
